Shipping Info
International Orders:

If you select to have your order shipped via USPS, we are not responsible for packages once they leave the US. Please make sure your address is correct and reach out to us if you have any questions. Items damaged or lost during shipment must be reported to your postal service.

If you would like us to ship via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or another international shipping service that offers insurance coverage, please let us know by email and we can send you an invoice for additional shipping fees if applicable. info@feeltrip.co

FAQ

Q:'Has my order shipped?'

Orders that can be immediately fulfilled will be processed and then shipped within 5 days, we usually ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

For orders placed around the holiday season, please allow extra time for processing orders. A notice will be posted on the website and social media if shipping of orders will be delayed.

Once an order is placed on the website you will receive an order confirmation email for the purchase and a second email once the order has been shipped.


Q'Where is my order?'

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Q 'I have not received an email about my order.'

Check your spam folder.
You did not provide Feeltrip with a working email address.
Your order has not been shipped yet.


Q'How long will it take for my package to arrive?'

Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. Shipping via USPS first class international can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month due to customs clearances.
Customers in Asia and Australia , African and South America will typically have the longest waiting times for their items to arrive.


Q.'It has been over a month and my package has still not arrived.'

The package may be caught at customs and is still being processed.

The package may be at your local post office waiting to be picked up. Call your local post office and ask them if there is a package that needs customs charges to be paid for your address

Q: 'The sorting office says my package was returned to sender.'

In the case that your package was sent back to Feeltrip, we will contact you when the package arrives and discuss further action.

If your package was returned because of a mistake on our part, we will confirm with you and then attempt to resend the package.

If your package was returned because you have provided an inaccurate address (i.e. you moved and did not update your address, provided a wrong address) or you did not pick up your package from your post office/failed to accept package when it was delivered, and still want your order, we will require that you pay additional shipping costs to resend the package.

(German buyers please provide an accurate address to the German Mail Service's guidelines)

Return Policy

Wrong Size Ordered
Please choose your apparel sizes carefully! We only offer exchanges on items within 14 days of package delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of request, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at info@feeltrip.co

Wrong Item Received
If the item you received was not the item ordered, please contact us at info@feeltrip.co within 14 days of package delivery. We will email you a shipping label to mail the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item, we will ship out the correct item.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any items damaged during transit. We use high quality vinyl mailers and pack our products well to reduce harm that may occur during transit. If you are seeking a replacement or refund for an item lost or damaged during transit, you MUST provide photos, video, and/or sound recordings of damaged product and submit a claim through USPS first. After your claim with USPS has been settled, please contact us at info@feeltrip.co for exchange or replacement.

Refund Policy

We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders older than 14 days.

Customers have 24 hours after purchase to notify us via email if you'd like to cancel your order for a full refund. All items ship within 2-5 days.
Bandcamp Trader Policy: Because Feeltrip Records is registered as a trader, eligible items shipped to the EU and UK have at least a 14-day return policy. More info.
